CSR/ Non-Profit Organisations

Several non-profit organisations and CSR initiatives are involved in improving the quality of life and the education of children who are financially disadvantaged. While these schools impart necessary knowledge and skills, our career counselling and guidance services can further these students’ career prospects by leading them to the most appropriate professional path. We work with organisations to conduct psychometric tests and hence, allow students to understand their own cognitive capacities and personalities. In doing so, students in various age clusters are introduced to a career path that both interests them and is compatible with their capabilities. Hence, we analyse the potential of students in rural and semi-rural areas where CSR and NGO initiatives support them. Students are hence provided with essential career guidance and counselling services that advance their professional lives and help them achieve their aspirations in life.
